Qualifications for our Lead teaching positions include:
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an education related field but preferably ECE, Associate degree or certificate may be considered for the right candidate
- 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development
- Some knowledge of Reggio Inspired teaching practices
Qualifications for our Associate teaching positions include:
- Associate’s degree or certificate in an education related field
- Some teaching experience preferred
- 9 credits in ECE, with at least 3 credits in child growth & development
- Knowledge of or interest in learning about Reggio Inspired teaching practices
Qualifications for our Assistant teaching positions include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some knowledge of child development, but willing to train the right candidate
- Open minded, willing to learn, friendly, and kind personality is a must
